are turtles found in all the world's oceans except the Arctic Ocean. Although they have been around for tens of millions of years, the body plan of sea turtles has remained relatively constant.
This beautiful swimming sea turtle is a scrimshaw work-of-art on a 4" X 3 1/2" piece of fossilized Woolly Mammoth tusk sitting atop a custom Black Walnut base.
Created by master scrimshander, Ray Caruso, this extraordinary drawing will serve as your frequent reminder of these wonderfully graceful swimmers who have absolutely no sense of time and location.
